Starting Point

In the north of the city of Lausanne, the new football stadium of FC Lausanne-Sport, the “Stade de la Tuilière”, is being built to replace the “Stade Olympique de la Pontaise”. The stadium provides space for around 12,000 spectators and complies with the requirements of the Swiss Football League and UEFA.

Tasks of WAM

WAM planners and engineers Ltd. was entrusted with the following Tasks within the scope of the realisation:

Planning of the necessary demolition and earthworks

Dimensioning and planning of streets, squares and parking areas

Dimensioning of all supply and disposal lines in the project perimeter up to the connection to the public lines (This part included the lines for the waste and clean water disposal including retention basins, the supply of water to ensure the drinking and extinguishing water supply, the supply of district heating and the supply with communication media and electricity including transformer station).

The services for the individual project planning phases and the tender are carried out by WAM planners and engineers. The site management was carried out on behalf of WAM by a partner office in Lausanne.
